Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for accurate appointment booking, proactive customer communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and committed to exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities 
  • Answer inbound calls and set appointments
  • Respond to customer text and email inquiries
  • Proactively follow up with customers regarding parts and rescheduling
  • Complete office administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Client interaction via phone calls, text and email correspondence
  • Customer complaint resolution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
